Andy Zaugg Star Chef will once again be celebrating culinary diversity this year with Michelin-starred cooking courses, gourmet events and dinners.

A long table. An open kitchen. A menu that makes us forget everyday life. Roberta and Andy Zaugg's new temptation for connoisseurs celebrated its premiere on December 6, 2023.

Roberta and Andy Zaugg are at work when flavours emerge unadulterated, come together in new ways and captivate with their harmonious textures, shapes and colours. In parallel to their catering and Michelin-starred cooking courses, the duo are entering the next round with their Chef's Table and continuing the culinary class with which they made a name for themselves at Alter Stephan. For their guests, this means leaving everyday life behind, stopping time for a moment and simply enjoying the fine food.

Michelin-starred cooking courses 2024

In these courses we will show you that preparing a star menu is not magic. You will learn how a fine piece of meat or a noble fish always succeeds and we will reveal the best tricks from the star kitchen.
