In autumn 2018 we produced our own olive oil "Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Italiano" Andy Zaugg Star Chef together with the exceptional Italian producer Marco Viola., we are very confident that top conditions will once again produce a fantastic "Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Italiano" Andy Zaugg Sternekoch in 2020.

In the meantime, we have decided to go one step further and are also launching an online shop under the label Selected by Andy Zaugg Sternekoch with a small but fine selection of excellent olive oils.

Fresh fish for the Solothurn area

We are happy to deliver fresh fish to your door via our channels. We assure you of a premium quality that is not available in the retail trade. The origin of the fish can be fully traced and we guarantee an unbroken cold chain.

Gerne liefern wir Ihnen über unsere Kanäle frischen Fisch frei Haus. Wir sichern Ihnen eine Premiumqualität zu, wie sie im Detailhandel nicht erhältlich ist. Die Herkunft der Fische kann vollständig zurückverfolgt werden und wir garantieren eine lückenlose Kühlkette.

    or by phone 079 667 39 61 at least 48 hours in advance. We deliver from Tuesday to Friday within a radius of about 20 kilometres.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your order either by telephone or by e-mail and at the same time inform you of the costs. Please always give us a telephone number and the delivery address when placing your order.
  3. We will deliver your order to your address on the agreed date without contact. In order to ensure the cold chain, we ask you to ensure that the food is received. Payment is made against invoice within 10 days.
  4. All orders are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
