The Route Gourmande invites you to take a delicious journey through Solothurn's old town. Founded in 2012 by Michelin-starred chef Andy Zaugg, it has become a highlight for gourmets. After a successful collaboration with Gusto Servicios AG, the organisation is returning to Andy Zaugg. The concept remains the same: six courses from top chefs, accompanied by exquisite wines, in special locations.
This experience combines a love of regional top cuisine, exquisite wines and the charming old town of Solothurn. The special atmosphere and close contact with winemakers and chefs are what make the Route Gourmande so unique and incomparable. Year after year, the Route Gourmande attracts many guests and provides unforgettable moments.

In 2025, the wines come from Les Vins de Morges (VD), which is known for its characterful vintages. Chasselas and Pinot Noir reflect elegance and terroir, while local cuvées such as Gamaret and Garanoir inspire with their spicy aromas. Perfectly matched, they complement the dishes and underline the quality of the culinary creations.
Solothurn, Switzerland's baroque gem, turns into a food lover's paradise. The Route Gourmande invites locals to rediscover their city in a pleasurable way and offers guests the most appetising way to get to know the old town and its restaurants. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere and experience a delightful city tour.
